Resurgent Wokingham made it two wins from two as they edged to a 3-2 win at basement boys Witney.

Matt Dickington, Ben Dudley and Will Simpson were the goalscorers for the away side, with Scott Beach and Andy Gosnell netting for Witney.

In MBBO Division Three, Wokingham 2nds were hammered 5-0 at home by champions elect Oxford Hawks 4ths. Simon Dawson netted twice and Andy Argyle, Ed Baldock and Brett Morrison were also on target.

A Josh Davies strike was enough for Bracknell 2nds to return to winning ways in Division Four, helping them topple Witney 2nds 1-0.

Wokingham 3rds were beaten 4-0 by Tring 2nds in Division Seven, while Bracknell 3rds gained a measure of revenge for their club by scraping past Oxford Hawks 7ths 3-2 in Division Eight.

That win put them level on points with Bracknell Terriors, who drew 2-2 with Maidenhead Monarchs. The 3rds are above their fellow club side on goal difference, sitting in sixth place.

In the Trysports Three Counties League Premier One, Bracknell Ladies’ 1sts were beaten 3-2 at home by Bicester, while a Natasha James hat-trick and goals from Alice Rolfe and Elize Frith helped Aylesbury thrash Wokingham 5-1.

Bracknell travel to Reading 2nds on Saturday (11.30am) and Wokingham host table-topping Buckingham 2nds (1.30pm).

Wokingham 2nds forfeited their Division One game at Oxford Hawks 4ths, while Bracknell 2nds were crushed 4-0 by Division Three leaders Buckingham 3rds.

Wokingham 3rds were without a game in Division Five last weekend.
