AN ALTERNATIVE art show will take place at the end of the month.
The Wokingham Arts Trail starts on Saturday September 23 and finishes on the Sunday.
Artwork will be displayed at 11 different locations around the town centre, giving people the opportunity to observe it as they walk through the town.
This will also mean that passers-by will have the chance to view some stunning artwork while going about their business.
There are six new participants this year, all bidding to show off their artwork, and in some occasions, the artwork will be on sale after the show is over.
Twenty artists will all be showcasing their work, and it doesn't just end at paintings.
At some of the venues, there will be displays of handmade prints, illustrations, ceramics, glass, handmade books, jewellery, sculpture and textiles on display, most for sale.
The pictured artist, Kate Findlay, is hand dyeing cotton fabric in a special technique which gives very subtle blends and textures.
