Between about 4.30pm on Tuesday, May 5, and 7.02am on Wednesday, May 6, thieves stole the digger from a gas road works site in Twyford Road, Wokingham.
In another unrelated incident, thieves accessed site owned by Reading University in Church Lane, Arborfield between about 5.30pm on Tuesday, May 5, and 6.45am on Wednesday, May 6, where they stole high-value plant machinery.
