A SANDHURST man is the first person in Bracknell Forest to be dished out a Criminal Behaviour Order.
The CBO bans 41-year-old Adrian Share from being drunk in public or using emergency services except in a genuine emergency and will be in force for three years.
The new orders were introduced in 2014 to replace Anti-Social Behaviour Orders, known as ASBOs.
Slough Magistrates granted the CBO against Share on June 25.
The full order prohibits Share from using the 999 phone system to contact emergency services except in a genuine emergency; inciting members of the public to phone the emergency services on his behalf except in a genuine emergency; being drunk in a public place and being in possession of open containers of alcohol in a public place.
PC Steve Mitchell, neighbourhood officer at Crowthorne Police Station, said: “The gaining of this order demonstrates Thames Valley Police’s conviction to deal with individuals who commit antisocial behaviour in whatever form it takes.
