One town in Berkshire has taken it into their own hands to fix the state of the roads, but some residents are not too convinced that the job has been done that well.
With the rising number of potholes being considered an issue in many towns, locals to Sandhurst have been filling in the numerous holes with bricks and other rubble.
Kevin Dandridge posted on social media several photos pf the fix-up job along with the caption "Brilliant DIY repair....not."
Many chimed in to give their thoughts on the town's new way of filling potholes.
One person said "That’s going to damage some tyres! Surely a bit of sand and cement isn’t that expensive? Between all the shops? Obviously have to pay someone to do it!
"Or maybe there’s an expert on here that will do it for free out of the kindness of their hearts and to save Sandhurst’s tyres!"
