Plans to make changes and additions to homes in Bracknell have been submitted by homeowners and developers this week.

Applications include changes to homes near Lily Hill Park and the Wildridings area in the town.

Out in the country, an owner has applied to replace outbuildings at a Grade II listed house, and a 5G mast could be installed near a meadow.

Extensions and addition of new house near Lily Hill Park (23/00531/FUL)

The owner of 46 Lily Hill Road has applied to make changes to the home that would result in it becoming two homes.

The house currently has four bedrooms with separate a living room, dining room and kitchen at ground level.

Changes applied for would result in the original house having three bedrooms, with a new three-bedroom house being built on land to the left of the existing house.

The plan appears to show the original house losing a garage but gaining a sitting room and music room, with the kitchen and dining area becoming open plan.

The owners of a house called The Vale in the Winkfield countryside have applied to demolish the coach house, garage and other outbuildings and replace them with a new coach house and garage.

The existing coach house is two storeys tall and situated next to the pool on the site.

The owners want the coach house replaced with a one-storey building, with the garage being located immediately next to it.

The Vale is Grade II listed owning to its architectural style and it dating back to the early 1800s.

The owner of 6 Ennerdale in the Wildridings area of Bracknell has applied to divide the house into two.

The house currently has four bedrooms with extensions that have provided more space.

This plan would see the house divided into two two-bedroom addresses, made up of the original home and a new address called 6A Ennerdale.

The new house would have living quarters downstairs with a toilet, bath, double bed and single bed upstairs.

Installation of 5G mast in north Bracknell (23/00511/RTD )

CK Hutchison, which runs the Three mobile network has applied to install a 20 metre 5G mast along Harvest Ride in Warfield.

The mast would be installed roughly opposite Poppy Corner in the Woodhurst Park and near an entrance to Garth Meadows.

It would come with six supporting antennas, two equipment cabinets and an electric metre cabinet.

It is understood the mast would be located nearby an existing one located east of the entrance to Garth Meadows.
