A SECONDARY school has applied to the council for permission to erect a new sixth form building.
Heathfield School, on London Road in Ascot, has applied to Bracknell Forest Council for permission to erect the structure.
At the moment, the site in question is vacant, though it was previously used for car parking.
The site is not known to be contaminated at all and is 1,003sqm in size.
Bracknell Forest Council's planning committee will now have the opportunity to decide on the plans, and they are available to view on the council's planning portal site under reference 18_00726.
