A PROPERTY management company from Bracknell has received two commendations at an industry awards ceremony.

The team from Encore, which is based in Bagshot Road, were invited to the prestigious ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents) ACE awards, at London's Tobacco Dock, on Friday, July 6 where they received accolades for their overall quality of service in the National/Largest Managing Agent category, and for the work of staff member Ben Ashdown in the On-Site Staff Member of the Year award.

The company also reached the shortlist for two further awards: Employer of the Year, and Service Charge Accountant of the Year for staff member Sian Langley.

The awards recognise the best of the England and Wales' residential leasehold management, celebrating excellence, achievement and professionalism across the industry.

Founding director of Encore, Neil Robson said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been Highly Commended in two completely different categories, in such a competitive industry. The judges have recognised that our investment in our staff goes hand-in-hand with the professionalism of our service, our underlying philosophy of managing every property as if we lived there ourselves clearly results in motivated staff and a well-maintained environment that is pleasant for tenants and provides value for money for leaseholders.

"Our concierge Ben Ashdown has done a splendid job to help build a cohesive new community at King Edward VII Estate, and we also want to congratulate our Senior Client Accountant Sian Langley for being shortlisted for Service Charge Accountant of the Year. It’s the loyalty, enthusiasm and professionalism of all our staff that really makes Encore special.”
