A rehabilitation order was made where he must comply with any instructions from a responsible officer to attend appointments.

LUKE LAVENDER, 22, of East Stratton Close, Bracknell, admitted drink driving a Honda on A3095 Mill Lane, Bracknell on March 25, 2017. He was fined £300, pay victim services £30 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks if he successfully completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

TRICIA PEARSE, 48, of Warfield Park, Bracknell, admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Harvest Lea, Warfield on June 23, 2017. A community order was made where she must carry out unpaid work for 80 hours, pay victim services £85 and £85 costs.

DAVID SANDERSON, 52, of Calfridus Way, Bracknell, admitted drink driving a Mustard Honda on London Road, Bracknell on June 26, 2017. He was fined £300, pay victim services £30 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by four months if he successfully completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

ANDREW SHEPHERD, 52, of South Meadow, Crowthorne, admitted assaulting a man by beating him on June 8, 2017. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.

JEFFERY DAVID RALPH, 54, of Little Ringdale, Harmans Water, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Swallowfield on February 9, 2017. A rehabilitation activity requirement was made requiring him to attend appointments with a responsible officer and ordered to pay £300 compensation.

DEAN ROBERT AYLOTT, 29, of North Green, Bracknell, admitted assaulting a man by beating him at Coffee Republic, Bracknell on July 10, 2017. On the same day he admitted stealing from Coffee Republic chocolate cornflakes worth £2. He was committed to prison for two weeks consecutively because the offence was committed during the period of a suspended sentence. He was ordered to pay victim services £115.

STEVEN GRANT NORTON, 31, of Windlesham Road, Bracknell, admitted stealing products worth £44.66 from the Co-op in Rectory Lane, Bracknell on July 8, 2010. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay victim services £30.

CHARLOTTE DEUTROM, of Downshire Way, Bracknell, was convicted of driving a VW Golf without due care and attention on Haworth Road junction with Crowthorne Road on November 14, 2016. When she approached the junction she collided with the rear of a motorcycle and injured the rider. She was fined £250, pay £30 to victim services and £250 costs.
