Brants Bridge centre still open and offering all urgent provision

Building works at the Brants Bridge centre have been blamed for the disruption.

An announcement on the medical centre's Facebook page says: "Unfortunately today our service will be disrupted due to repairs to the building.

"We apologise for the inconvenience that this will cause. Our staff will make the experience as positive as possible during today.

"We still are providing all our urgent care provision."

When contacted by the News the medical centre declined to comment.

Bracknell Urgent Care Centre offers medical treatments for minor injuries and illnesses that require immediate assessment but not a trip to the Accident and Emergency department.

Run by One Medical Care the centre offers access to x-rays and other diagnostic services, minor wound care, pregnancy testing, emergency contraception and treatment for suddenly worsening long term conditions.
