It was the first time the Eversley-based school sent four athletes to the event.
Harry Withers took part in the 1,500m, Will Brooke-Webb ran the 800m race and Emma Jennings competed in the shot putt.
All four had achieved school records recently and have also competed in district events in order to qualify for the national championships.
St Neot’s director of sport, Darren Lynch, commented: “They supported each other so well and there was a great team spirit.
“The highlight of the day came from Millie winning her race by a full five seconds and becoming the National Champion – the first time for a St. Neot’s pupil.” It was the first time the Eversley-based school sent four athletes to the event.
