Great Hollands Library, operated by Bracknell Forest Council, was reopened by deputy mayor of Bracknell Forest Cllr Andy Blatchford last Wednesday.
The library has been given an extension, which now houses seven computers for public use, a new colour printer and photocopier, plus newspapers and a seating area.
The library, based in The Square, has also been given new furniture, extra shelving and a lockable buggy park outside.
Cllr Iain McCracken, Bracknell Forest Council’s executive member for culture, corporate services and public protection, said: “The refresh of Great Hollands Library is the latest in a number of projects we have undertaken to improve our services to the community.
“We hope people living in and around Great Hollands will enjoy the great new facilities and will make the most of all the exciting things the library has to offer.”
