TWO people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man collided with a car outside a Bracknell pub in the early hours of this morning.
Officers were called to The Goose pub in Station Road at 1.47am and police say a car was allegedly driven at a 24-year-old man, who remains in hospital with life-threatening head injuries.
A 17-year-old boy and a 22-year-old man were arrested in connection with the incident and are in police custody this afternoon being quizzed by officers.
Detective Inspector Andy Shearwood said: "The man remains in a critical condition in hospital. This would appear to be an isolated incident and detectives will be carrying out enquiries in the area today.
"I would urge anyone with information, or who may have seen the incident, to come forward and speak to us as soon as possible." Call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
