Carpenter Jane (nee Tate) Passed away peacefully at Thames Hospice on 26th December 2017 aged 55 years. Much loved wife of Nick, mother of David and Sarah and gaga to Leo and Scarlett. She will be so sadly missed by all her family and many special friends. Funeral service to be held at St Michaels Church, Easthampstead from 2.00pm on 17th January 2018. Jane specifically requested no flowers at the funeral, but would like donations to be made to Thames Hospice which can be made via www.abwalker.co.uk. Enquiries to A.B. Walker & Son 01344 303707.

Sign in to add a tributeSo sorry to here the sad news of Jane's passing she was a lovely lady who had so much for love for her family. I met Jane in FPH when Sarah came in to have Leo and we used to chat all the time she was so proud of Sarah.
My heart goes out to you all as I know how you will all be feeling
