A SPLASH zone where children can keep cool in the scorching heatwave has been vandalised over the weekend.
Bracknell Town Council updated residents on their Facebook Page with a statement on the situation.
They explained that the Jocks Lane Splash Pad in Bracknell will not reopen until later today.

Luckily, families looking to cool down in the heat can visit the Great Hollands Recreation splash pad.
The town council's Facebook page explained that the site was damaged 'due to vandalism'.

Jackie Burgess, Town Clerk, said: "We are very disappointed, our team are onsite fixing the damage to the splash pad at Jocks Lane.
"It is such a shame that we cannot open as planned today, our staff had been working very hard to get everything up and running on time."
Both splash pads are open from 10am to 5pm.
