Alongside his wife Liliana, the crepe connoisseur has changed up the recipe every so slightly so pancakes are warm when delivered to your door.

He said: "We have had customers asking us for deliveries since we first opened and though we’ve also been a bit reluctant to do it, mostly because we wanted people to be out and about visiting the Park and enjoying the outdoors, now with this pandemic and the winter months, we realised there are ways of us being able to deliver without compromise on the quality.

"We just had to set-up a new plan in order to do this, which we did. We have slightly increased the density of our batter to ensure longer heat retention, without compromising on the quality."

Bracknell News:

Adrian has invested in delivery bags to ensure the food is stored safely and is hot when delivered to your door.

The famous Bracknell crepe van first appeared in the borough last July 2019 and the pair have been busy ever since.

Lockdown hasn't been too much of a struggle for the couple, as customers still visited during the summer period.

He said: "Lockdown actually caused us to be quite busy during summer, but considerably quieter from September to October and we think is the rise in cases and probably the bad weather that had an impact on this. With the upcoming lockdown, colder weather and shorter days, it seemed like Deliveries was the sensible decision over this period."

Nutella based pancake options to savoury delights will be available for delivery from Tuesday, November 10 and will only be available via card payment prepaid on the website.

Delivery bags are also equipped with a thermometer probe to show the food is still hot upon arrival.

Residents will also happy to know that the van will return to Savernake Park on February 16 for Pancake Day.
