The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Court:

September 15:

SCOTT DE SILVA, 42, of no fixed address, admitted drink driving on Dukes Ride, Crowthorne, on July 6. Found to have 53mcg alcohol per 100ml breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £352. Also ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

KEIRAN MCCAFFERTY, 39, of Peach Street, Wokingham, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place on Peach Street, Wokingham, on July 6. Also admitted obstructing/resisting a constable in execution of duty in Wokingham on July 6. Also admitted common assault of a working police officer in Wokingham on July 6. Fined £950 total. Also ordered to pay £50 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Also ordered to pay £150 compensation.
