Rafael - 6

Solid on the rare occasion in which he was called upon. Stopped a deflected cross well at the front post and reacted well when John Swift sold him short in the second half.

Gabriel Osho - 7

Another promising performance from the youngster. Defended well and didn't allow the visiting wingers to get past him. Also contributed to the attack with a couple of really dangerous crosses. Subbed after picking up a knock.

Michael Morrison - 7

A typical Michael Morrison performance. Strong in the air, stamped his authority and directed the back-line confidently throughout the 90 minutes.

Tom McIntyre - 7

Mature in his positional play and was in the right place at the right time to snuff out the danger as Huddersfield broke at Reading.

Tyler Blackett - 5

Needed to get forward a bit more and assist Jordan Obita on the left wing. Defensively he was competent.

Pele - 7

Dropped closer to the defence to pick up the ball and tried to start counter attacks. It was a shame Reading's more advanced midfielders didn't share his enthusiasm for much of the game. Broke up play well.

Andy Rinomhota - 5

Not the best and not the worst from Rinomhota. Lacked a little of his trademark energy tonight and could've done a bit more to get the ball into advanced areas quicker.

Yakou Meite - 3

Anonymous for long spells and struggled to really influence the game from the right hand side. It didn't get much better when he went into a lone striker role after George Puscas came off.

John Swift - 5

Struggled to affect the game anywhere near as much as he did on Saturday. He did show flashes of quality but much like Pele, his display would've probably been better with better support from his team mates.

Jordan Obita - 3

Seemed to be a case of two stepovers, getting to the byline and delivering a low cross every single time he got the ball. Very one-dimensional and predictable.

George Puscas - 4

Outmuscled and outworked by the Huddersfield defence who marked him out of the game for long spells. Needs the ball into his feet.

SUBS

Michael Olise - 4

Looked good on the ball but failed to produce anything of note.

Chris Gunter, Lucas Boye and Garath McCleary weren't on the pitch long enough to give a fair rating.
