Reading FC have announced that a host of young players have departed the club, alongsode former first team players Vito Mannone and Adrian Popa.
Goalkeeper Liam Driscoll, defenders Lexus Beeden, Andre Burley, Marcel Elva-Fountaine, Ramarni Medford-Smith and Akinwale Odimayo, midfielders Werick Caetano, Ethan Coleman, Tyler Frost and Roberto Nditi and strikers Ben House and Adam Liddle have all departed following the expiration of their contracts.
Emmanuel Obamakinwa and Pedro Neves have also left the club following the end of their scholarships.
Highly-rated goalkeepers Coniah Boyce-Clarke and James Holden and Augustus McGifff have signed professional deals to keep them at the club.
Femi Azeez has also signed a one year contract extension.
