BRACKNELL Rangers closed the gap at the top of the Premier Division to four points with a game in hand after they disposed of table-toppers Crowthorne Inn 4-2, writes Richard Ashton.

George Lock, man-of-the-match Shaun Wylie, Ryan Martin and Brad Brown were the goalscorers as the title race was blown wide open.

In a remarkable Division One derby, leaders Woodley Saints Kites drew 2-2 with Woodley United, both sides scoring direct from a corner and also benefitting from an own goal.

Second-placed Athletico Ascot won 3-2 at basement side Bracknell Athletic, while Wokingham & Emmbrook TMW overcame Crowthorne FC 4-2.

Division Two table-toppers Winnersh Rangers beat Golden Farmer Rangers 2-0, but Bearwood Wanderers kept the pressure on by easing past Braybrooke Atletic 3-0.

Brad Lyne and Dillon Warburton were on the scoresheet for Bracknell Corinthians, but they went down 4-2 at Ashridge Park Royals, while William Twigg brushed aside Newbold FC 3-0.

In Division Three, Bracknell Spartan smashed 3M 5-1 and FC Harmanswater downed Hope & Anchor 4-2.

Phil Molyneux and Myles Eagle both hit hat-tricks as Division Four leaders Harts of Bracknell obliterated Bracknell Titans 9-0, Harley Lane adding a brace and Aaron Mitchell getting the other.

Taylor Flint bagged a brace and Calvin Grainger, Lewis Francis and Dan Pawson also netted for Bracknell Royals as they thrashed Finchampstead A 5-0, albeit Royals' shot-stopper Jay Gourde was named their man-of-the-match.

AFC Dukes Reserves beat Bracknell Spartan U21 2-0, Bracknell Athletic U21 were thrashed 8-0 at FC Showcase and second-placed Bracknell Cavaliers Reserves hammered Silver Birch A 6-0.

A stunning 30-yard volley from Ryan Coupland fired Morale Madrid into the semi-finals of the Senior Cup with a 1-0 home win against Berks County.

Goalkeeper Lee Barefoot was the Madrid man-of-the-match, while Ollie Pritchard stood out for the Swords.

Loveman United also progressed with a dramatic 8-7 penalty shoot-out success at home to Finchampstead Athletic Reserves, the two sides having drawn 2-2 in normal time.

Their opponents in the last four will be Sandhurst FFC, who won a dramatic encounter 6-4 at Panthers FC.

In the Junior Cup, Silver Birch hammered Panthers FC Reserves 7-0 to reach the quarter-finals, while Bracknell Saint-Germain joined them following a 4-3 penalty shoot-out win against Crowthorne FC A. The two sides had earlier drawn 0-0.

FC Fernhill were knocked out of the Berks & Bucks Intermediate Cup following a 5-2 home defeat to FC Bentons, a Cheyenne Cripps hat-trick and two goals from Jerrell Gumbs doing the damage for the visitors.
