SOUTH Berkshire men made the perfect start to their MBBO Regional Two campaign with a 4-1 victory at Oxford Hawks 3rds.

Jack Baveystock, Ben Dudley, Sam Fox-Harvey and Tom King all found the back of the net, leaving Robbie Scragg's effort as a mere consolation.

South Berkshire are at home to Harrow on Saturday (10.30am).

Paul Kaplanski and Daniel Ray both bagged braces as South Berkshire 2nds made it two Division Two wins from two following a 5-3 home win against Marlow 2nds.

Desmond Sanders was the other home goalscorer, while Dane Dacruze, Jack Lee and Michael Thompson were on target for Marlow.

In Division Three, Tom Scott netted for South Berkshire 3rds in their 1-1 draw with West Hampstead 4ths, James Coggins replying.

South Berkshire 4ths were defeated 5-2 at Milton Keynes Samurai in Division Seven, while in Division Eight West, South Berkshire Terriers were beaten 2-0 at home by Reading Rovers.

Vic Allen scored the only goal of the game as Marlow 2nds beat South Berkshire ladies 1-0 in their Trysports Three Counties League Premier Division One clash.

It was a second straight defeat to start the season for South Berks, who visit Slough 2nds on Saturday (10am).

South Berkshire 2nds won 1-0 at Witney 2nds in Premier Division Two, but South Berkshire 3rds went down 3-0 at Newbury & Thatcham 3rds in Division Two.
