Reading supporters have echoed their views on Twitter after seeing their side battle to a creditable 1-1 draw against West Brom at The Hawthorns.
An Ovie Ejaria stunner gave Reading the lead midway through the second half before a late Kenneth Zohore penalty levelled matters.
Royals fans were in general very pleased with their side's display against one of the promotion favourites:
I would have taken a point before I left for the Hawthorns. Gutting to lose all 3 that late on. Another decent performance and the back 3 works so well. Puscas was very quiet but teams will try mark him out the game. Although he gave the penalty away ejaria was magic #readingfc

Class last night, back 3 especially solid again. Only concern is having players on the bench to help see the game out. Yiadom and Richards looked shattered last 20, asked to cover so much ground. Only really Rino as a good option to add legs to us. Ejaria is unplayable #ReadingFC

Buzzing after two good showings from #readingfc in 4-days. Finally some positivity at the club, hopefully we can steer clear of the relegation scrap and progress this season

Great things always start from The Hawthorns for us. Let’s take it into the next game.#COYR#ReadingFC

Great performance last night, struggling this morning but worth it! Should be an exciting season #readingfc

A real feel-vibe and togetherness within the #readingfc team even though it's completely new. Brilliant.
