BRACKNELL Town manager Sam Lock has signed another player he knows well from his days at Maidenhead United, writes Dave Wright.

James Mulley, who can play in midfield or wide on the flanks, joins from Isthmian League Premier Division club Enfield, having previously had two spells with the Magpies.

The 30-year-old's previous clubs over a 13-year period also include Hayes & Yeading, AFC Wimbledon, Braintree Town and Hampton & Richmond Borough.

He also has an impressive CV off the pitch, describing himself as an "Ambitious and hungry entrepreneur with a passion for creating and developing ideas. I enjoy interacting with people and broadening my horizons." He speaks French and Spanish.

Mulley is expected to feature, along with several other new signings, in Town's opening pre-season friendly against National League South club Wealdstone at Larges Lane on Friday (7.45pm).

Then next Tuesday (7.45pm) they will be away to Burnham, whose coaching staff includes last season's Bracknell manager, Geoff Warner.

Sean Moore, who was dual registered with Bracknell and Binfield last term, has signed for Binfield, where he will be rejoining several Moles regulars, including skipper James Knight, Jack Thompson-Wheeler, Josh Howell, Danny Horscroft and Dave Lyons, who have all re-signed.
