BCS continue to set the pace at the top of the Premier Division following a nine-wicket rout of Mortimer West End, writes Richard Ashton.

Will Bray top scored with 48 as MWE ended their 45 overs on 156-7, Humza Tariq taking 4-49 for the leaders.

The run chase proved a cruise for BCS as Rehan Akram (72no) continued his fine form, and with captain Atif Asif adding 48 in an opening stand of 98, they cruised to 159-1 in just 25.2 overs.

Second-placed Shinfield remain hot on the heels of BCS after securing a five-wicket success at home to Stratfield Turgis.

Chris Butcher top scored with 58 as the visitors totalled 173-6, but useful knocks from Noel Joseph (56no) and Jay Deshmukh (50) ensured Shinfield reached 174-5 with more than seven overs to spare.

Crowthorne & Crown Wood moved up to third following a 34-run victory at home to Ibis Mapledurham.

Fitzroy Morrissey (57) and skipper Jeff Cluett (41no) revived the Crows' innings as they posted 180-7, the experienced Chad Cudjoe (3-23) the pick of the Ibis attack.

The visitors struggled in reply, however, and with Cluett (3-26) and Dan Partridge (3-13) leading the way, they dismissed Mapledurham for 146.

Goring on Thames made it back-to-back victories with a dramatic five-run win against neighbours Woodcote.

Captain James Worsfold (4-19) and Pete Roberts (3-16) had bowled Cote into a good position as the hosts were dismissed for 106, but despite Ryan Lennard (40) leading his side to 65-1 in the chase, a horrible collapse saw Woodcote bowled out for 101.

Skipper Ollie Carrier (5-33) proved to be the difference-maker, aided by Pete Slade's 3-25.

Captain Fasul Nufail (77) and Shamil Nilamdeen (56) were among the runs for Woodley (268-5) as they dominated their draw at home to Welford Park (129-4).

Opening batsman Michael Goldsworthy ended unbeaten on 63 for Park, while Naveed Ashgar claimed 3-14 for the home side.

Division One leaders Sandhurst continued their ruthless assault on the title with a 148-run thumping of local rivals Crowthorne & Crown Wood 2nds.

Skipper Adam Birch top scored with 95 as the Camels amassed 237-5 before declaring after 40 overs, Simon Hards adding 42 and Ed Batchelor 40 not out as Dan Finucane took 3-52.

The Crows never got going in reply, and with Joe Ash taking 5-21, they were shot out for just 89.

Peppard Stoke Row 2nds remain second in the table following a routine 132-run victory at home to basement side Waltham St Lawrence.

Peter Lamsdale smashed 66 from just 37 balls, and with Matt Vines (45), Hugh Asquith (44) and Daniel Watts (41) also among the runs, PSR declared after 42 overs on 252-4.

Mike Cook made 73 for Mortimer West End 2nds (142) as they lost by four wickets to Earley (143-6), for whom Mike Hordley took 4-31.

Young Australian leg spinner Grace Jones took 5-23 as Peppard Stoke Row 3rds (107-7) held on for a draw a Reading Lions (205), Rameshkumar Ramasamy making 62 for the home side.

Mortimer went top of Division Three after beating nearest rivals Sandhurst 2nds by three wickets.

A sensational spell from Ian Bliss (6-13 from nine overs) helped dismiss the Camels for 133, and they managed to edge to 137-7 in 41.2 overs to surpass their opponents' target and leapfrog them in the table.

Earley 2nds (103-4) beat Crowthorne & Crown Wood 3rds (102) by six wickets, while Craig Strudley (5-16) and Ben Evans (5-36) helped Stratfield Turgis 2nds (103) pull off a remarkable 50-run win against West Reading 4ths (53).

James Leach (69) and Sam Poulter (50no) were both among the runs as Purley on Thames 3rds thrashed Binfield 4ths by 134 runs.

Jai Goyal took 4-31 as the Potters reached 247-7, and Matt Hearn's 4-13 then helped dismantle the visitors for 113.

Angus Tiffin struck 70 from 63 balls as Shinfield 3rds (248-7 declared) crushed Falkland Development (98) by 150 runs.

Emil Reisser-Weston added 56 for Shinfield, with Tony Gaylor (5-35) and Reehan Samdani (4-24) then running through the Falkland line-up.
