WASHINDI Trampoline Club secured six gold medals and 11 podium places after a superb performance at the Regional Team Qualifier in Eastleigh recently.
The Crowthorne-based club sent 24 gymnasts to the tournament from which the very best qualify for a major tournament at the end of March.
Newcomer Fred Martin enjoyed an outstanding debut by claiming the gold medal in the boys NDP 2 11-12 year category.
Teammates Thomas Conquest (NDP 1, 11-12 years) finished 11th and Keira Gangadeen 15th (NDP 11-12 years girls).
Further success came for Washindi across the NDP 2 category encompassing six range categories and various age groups as Bethan Gill, Owen Whittall, Lauren Neild, Russell Cooper and Masha Danilova all collected gold medals.
Silver medals followed for Charlotte Morris, Ewan Bolt and Seren Duggan, while Nia Slatter and Lydia Osborn landed bronze in their respective categories.
Each performer on the day also had a range and conditioning routines to perform to gain their qualification.
Every Washindi member passed and Anna Wessendorff was the star performer with a 100% success rate.
