WASHINDI Trampoline Club are celebrating success at the League National Finals in Sheffield.
Four members of the Crowthorne-based club competed in the competition in Sheffield recently, with all placing in the top 20 out of hundreds of other gymnasts.
Kofi Elhagaggi put on an impressive performance in the 11-12 years male category to finish just outside the medals in fifth place.
Harry Slater also secured fifth place in the 9-10 years male category.
Washindi’s Lauren Nield competed at League Level 2 and, being one of the youngest in her age group, achieved an outstanding 14th place in the 13-14 years girls’ category.
Finally, Emily Sherratt (19+ ladies) gained a well deserved 20th place in the 19+ years women’s category before heading off to compete in Liverpool for her university.
GEORGINA Elliott of Pinewood Gymnastics Club near Wokingham helped Great Britain qualify for the final of the World Age Group Tumbling Championships in Russia on Sunday.
Elliott impressed the judges as Team GB finished a commendable eighth overall.
