LEADERS Kingfisher A swept to a 10-0 victory at Tidmarsh B in Division One – their fifth whitewash in six matches – while Kingfisher B remain second after winning 8-2 against the club’s C team, Richard Rosinski and Artur Morar both getting hat-tricks.

Sonning Common & Peppard A were 10-0 winners over Sonning Common & Peppard C thanks to trebles from Jason Roberts, Gary Morgan and Neil Hurford.

Steve Murgatroyd starred as Tidmarsh A beat Milestone A 8-2, while Curzon Club A managed a 7-3 victory over Kingfisher D, Jon Willis with a three-straight treble.

Keith Winter’s treble helped Tilehurst Methodists A to a narrow 6-4 win against Curzon Club B in Division Two, Michael Williams also winning twice.

Thomas Lewis starred as Our Lady of Peace C kept up their good form with a 9-1 success against Kingfisher E, Abhay Gore matching Thomas with a hat-trick.

Pangbourne WMC boosted their chances of avoiding the drop with a 6-4 win at Sonning Common & Peppard D, John Simmonds again leading the way with a treble.

Leaders Springfield A were held to a 5-5 draw by Our Lady of Peace A, Benedict Carless and Chris West winning two apiece for the OLOP team as well as teaming up to win the all-important doubles set.

Kaan Kitay and Arun Ragagopal both got hat-tricks as second-placed Milestone/Saiyan Brothers B beat Kingfisher F 7-3. Sonning Sports A and Our Lady of Peace B drew 5-5, Paul Savage with another maximum for the Sports team.

In Division Three, Curzon Club C lost 6-4 to Tilehurst Methodists B for whom Eric Van Looy gained a maximum.

Richard Hudson was the hero for Tidmarsh C by winning all three to help them beat Springfield C 8-2, while Tidmarsh D and Reading FC A shared the spoils 5-5 with Anthony Alleyne gaining a treble for the away side.

Nils Wedi hit a hat-trick for Kingfisher G to help them beat Sonning Sports B 7-3, trebles from Paul Treadgold and Ben Carless helped Our Lady of Peace D beat Kingfisher H 8-2, and Springfield B enjoyed a fine 7-3 win at Sonning Common & Peppard E with Steve Leggett winning all three.

Kennet Valley Free Church B beat Sonning Common & Peppard F 6-4 thanks to Lewis Oke’s first double in Division Four, a further double from Steve Christelow meaning Mike Casserley’s treble proved in vain.

Milestone C won 9-1 against two-man Springfield D, Carl Edlind and Oliver Bonser both remaining undefeated.

Our Lady of Peace E retained top-spot with an 8-2 victory over Springfield E, Ralph Philips remaining undefeated after another impressive straight sets win. Chris Bunn lost his 100 per cent record to Marcello Caramma, with the Springfield man also denying Alona Slobodskoy her treble.

Tilehurst Methodists C stay second after beating Sonning Sports C 8-2, Roy Hull recording a further treble, Steve Wood losing his perfect record to Jude O’Halloran.

Sonning Common & Peppard G defeated Kingfisher I 7-3, Anthony Reeve winning all three.
