BRACKNELL Athletic Under 14 Colts lost an astonishing 11-goal thriller 6-5 against FC Bracknell Colts.

Man-of-the-match Jaydon Wahome scored four goals for Athletic, with the other coming from Jake Carter.

For FCB, Callum Gaskin also netted four times, with Joshua Payne and Lucas Piper on target. Harry Miller was the FC Bracknell man-of-the-match.

Will Twitchen impressed for the U18 Spitfires, but they lost 2-0 to Ascot United Leopards.

Goalkeeper Edward Dickey impressed for the U10 Razors, with Lewis Birchmore and Joey Ferguson on target for Athletic against Pinewood Panthers.

Miah Halligan was the outstanding performer for the U9 Rockettes as they played against AFC Dakota Belles, Wargrave Wolverines, Caversham Trents and Wargrave Wildcats, Lucia Sloan scoring against the latter to help her side to a victory.

FC Bracknell Under 14s secured an excellent East Berks Alliance Cup win over Reading YMCA at Theale in a tie decided on penalties.

They trailed 3-2 at half-time with their goals coming from Archie Johnstone (penalty) and Ollie Clarke and were losing 4-2 with five minutes left.

But Harry Baldry and Johnstone brought the scores level, both following long throw-ins from Sam Marney.

In the penalty shoot-out, Josh Barefoot saved the first YM spot-kick, but all the rest hit the target, so FCB triumphed 5-4. Jack Lee was their man-of-the-match.

FCB U14s Youth enjoyed a much easier cup passage, sweeping aside Southcote Colts 10-0 with goals from Ollie Cannon (4), Kyle Buchler (2), Mackenzie Glider (2), Cobey North and Taylor Hornbrook. Their man-of-the-match was Cannon.

The U15s reached the quarter-finals of their cup by defeating Hearts of Tedlothian 4-1.

Toren Wright opened the scoring after five minutes from the penalty spot and five minutes later he headed in the second goal.

Hearts pulled one back before Taylor made it 3-1 at half-time. FCB came under pressure in the second half, but defended well and Dylan Locke completed the scoring with a superb shot three minutes from time.

In an U13s cup match, FCB defeated Bracknell Cavaliers Saints 3-0 following strikes by Vincent Nyamey and man-of-the-match Dylan Veck, along with an own goal.

Lewis Trevisani scored twice and was rewarded with the man-of-the-match award as the U12s Youth defeated Whitegrove Saints 5-1 in their cup tie. There was also a brace for Callum Cobb with Harry Magill adding the other.

NATHANIEL Larkin netted a hat-trick as Bracknell Town U16s defeated Taplow United 7-0 to reach the third round of the Berks & Bucks Minor Cup.

He was joined on the scoresheet by Toby Raggett (2), Max Mullins and Will Day.

Rueben Docherty (2), Joe Warren and Ricky Osei goals secured a 4-0 win for Town U14s over Old Isleworthians.

Ollie Draper, Bertie Saunders and Beau Oliphant were on target as Bracknell Town Youth U11s edged home 3-2 against Sheen Lions.

Robins U11s win 4-0 against Whyteleafe FC Youth, the goals coming from Harry Pasley, Jamie McCourt and Timothy Salaghishvili (2).

Robins’ U10s defeated Bedfont Eagles 5-1 in their first game in a new division of the Surrey Youth League. Keeper Jack Saleh made some important saves for them before they took control with goals from Freddie Thompson (2), Aron Preprah, Alfie Heaver and Lucas Jacobs.

The Youth U10s, also in a new division, produced a brilliant performance to come from behind to beat Sutton United 2-1 thanks to strikes from Franki Turner and Joseph Callow.

Presley McClurg netted for Bracknell Town Youth U9s in their 3-1 loss to Bedfont Eagles, while the U7s went down 3-2 to Old Ruts.

There were six different scorers as BTFC Youth U8s triumphed 7-3 away to Kingston Town Harriers. On target were Bobby Thomson, Cassius Cole-Hassam, Alex McCourt, Aiden Bull, Ollie Warburton and Alfie White (2).

AMELIA Humphrey and Simran Karia netted for Ascot United Under 18 Diamonds, but they went down 5-2 to Caterham.

The U16 Youth edged out Esher Colts 2-1 thanks to goals from Louis Wolfe and Sam Wood, while the U15 Hornets also won 2-1 against Laurel Park Hurricanes.

A superb Josh Smith hat-trick and a penalty from Callum Kinner game the U15 Youth a 4-1 success against Kew Association.

A Stephen Janus treble and a Jamie Leese strike fired the U14 Aces to a 4-1 success against Laurel Park Hurricanes, while the U13 Chargers beat Bracknell Cavaliers Colts 3-0.

Sydney Duffy and Chloe Sykes both bagged braces as the U13 Sapphires hammered R&R FC 8-2, the other goals coming from Ailsa Sheppard, Ella Davey, Abi Russell and Seren Smith.

The U13 Diamonds comfortably overwhelmed Teddington Athletic 5-2.
