TWO teams from Washindi Trampoline Club impressed in the Southern Regional Team Competition recently.
The 16 youngsters were selected by competing in three prior events to earn their places, and finished as runners-up and in seventh place in Division Two.
The teams consisted of an array of abilities and ages and the competitors had to prepare and compete two 10-move routines to finalise and total a score for their team.
Points were accumulated through form and difficulty of each performers routine, and the event was a unique experience for the youngsters as the only competition which promoted totalling the score for a team rather than individual.
