WASHINDI Trampoline Club youngsters enjoyed tremendous success as they brought home a series of medals from the Hans Christian Anderson City Games in Denmark.
Thomas Hue was victorious in the Under 16 boys category, Kofi Elhagaggi took gold in the U12A boys, and Bethan Gill and Callum Gooding were triumphant in the ladies’ and men’s open respectively.
There was further success in the U12A boys event as Harry Slatter took third, with his effort match by Nia Slatter in the U12A girls.
Collecting a second medal for the club in the ladies’ open was third-placed Emily Sherratt, while Lauren Nield took silver in the 13-14 girls, where Sophie Claydon (fourth), Isla Bruce (sixth) and Bronte Newbury (eighth) also competed.
With competitors travelling from as far away as South Africa, there was also an impressive top-10 finish for Anna Wessendorff (eighth) in the U12A girls.
