HARRY King scored a half-century as Finchampstead Falcons ruled the Berkshire Youth Cricket League Under 15 Division One play-off final against Henley Tigers at Slough CC on Sunday.
He retired on 50 out out off 42 balls as Falcons made134-4 in their 20 overs, having shared 88 for the second wicket with Doug McMurray, who contributed 41 off 40 deliveries.
Jonathan Trist (1-20), Tom Jordan (1-23) and Eliot Hyman (1-27) too the wickets for Henley, while there was also a run out.
King then went on to take 2-24 off his four overs as Finch restricted Henley to 93-9, so completing a comfortable 41-run victory.
Tom Lawton-Davies returned excellent figures of 2-10 from his four overs, while keeper Mack Keast took claimed two catches and a stumping.
Royal Ascot were beaten in the final of the U13 Cup on Sunday.
They made 98-8 (J.Delaney 30) with hosts Slough going on to reach 101-5.
Slough completed a double on the day as they also lifted the U17 title.
They posted 108-6 before restricting Maidenhead & Bray to 84-7.
Cookham Dean (113-6) easily defeated East Woodhay in the U11 final after dismissing their opponents for 43.
