FC FERNHILL ended their season on a high after winning the Aldershot Senior Cup by beating FC Fleet 5-0 on Sunday.
After an even 30 minutes, Fernhill broke the deadlock with a goal by Josh Dillon, and from then on they dominated the game with two further strikes in the first half from Charlie Evanson, the second being a superb volley which gave the goalkeeper no chance.
Going into the second half 3-0 up, Fernhill kept control of the game with a penalty scored by Evanson to complete his hat-trick and a fifth goal scored by Tristian Bently .
Manager Jeff Lawrence said: “I would like to congratulate all my players for their hard work this season, and say a big thank you for a great day hosted by the committee of the Aldershot Football Association on Sunday.”
