BINFIELD FC’s superb Hellenic League Premier Division run continued as they edged out Brackley Town Saints 2-1 on Saturday.
Michael Walton gave the Moles a fine start with a long-range screamer, and they went 2-0 up before the break as Lewis Leonetti nearly matched that effort with a fine 20-yard strike.
Brackley pulled a goal back after the break but Binfield – who sit seventh in the table – held on for the victory.
The Moles host Ardley United on Saturday (3pm).
