BRACKNELL RFC were beaten 18-0 at Old Redcliffians on their return to National Three South West on Saturday.
The Lily Hill Men have been moved back into the competition after playing in National Three London & South East last term, but fell 8-0 down before the break.
They were unable to turn things around against a side which has not lost at home this calendar year, eventually conceding 10 more points to ensure a disappointing start for Dan Ap Dafydd’s men.
Bracknell will hope to kick-start their season when Bournemouth visit Lily Hill Park this Saturday (3pm).
- CROWTHORNE RFC begin their BB&O Premier campaign with a trip to Risborough this coming Saturday (3pm).
They will be hoping to improve on last season’s fifth-placed finish.
