CHRIS Bolt won the Bracknell Half Marathon for the second consecutive year, amid pouring rain this morning (Sunday).
Despite the conditions, the Bracknell AC runner headed the field of more than 900 runners in 13.1-miile course in 1hr 15mins 10secs, just outside his time of 1hr 14min 26secs last year.
Jill Christie, representing Met Police AC, was the first woman home, in 1hr 21mins 53secs.
More than 1,300 runners had signed up for the annual race and 918 ran the race, which starts and finishes at South Hill Park.
