Theft on property in Winnersh results in jewellery and cash being taken
JEWELLERY and cash was stolen during an evening theft.
Someone broke the lock on a property in Chatsworth Avenue, Winnersh, between 4pm and 6pm on January 19.
They entered the house via the locked rear patio doors, before they searched the house.
After searching the house, they stole jewellery, cash and watches.
Police are unsure as to whether this is linked to a spate of thefts involving an Audi.
Thames Valley Police issued the following advice: "If you see or hear anything suspicious ring the police on 101.
"If you see something happening to someone’s house and you think someone may still be there ring 999."
