A GAS leak in Wokingham has forced the council to introduce temporary traffic measures.
This latest traffic obstruction adds to the list of road issues commuters in the town are currently facing.
The council tweeted: "Emergency traffic signals are in place on Finchampstead Rd (nr Evendons Lane) due to a gas leak. Expect delays, and avoid where possible."
Currently, the middle of town is closed to traffic from Peach Street down to Broad Street, meaning cars have to go down Denmark Street to get out of town.
Finchampstead Road is the road that leads out of town after you get onto Denmark Street, and with that now potentially facing distruption, it could be a long journey home for commuters.
