A SKELETON masked robber threatened film-watching homeowners with a knife after breaking into their home.

At 10.40pm on Saturday, September 30, two men broke into a house in Clifton Road, Wokingham via a first floor window, one wearing a skeleton mask. 

The pair then drew knives from the kitchen before approaching the man and woman, who were sat watching a film.

They demanded money from the pair who were kept sitting down by one of the criminals. 

One of the intruders ransacked the house while the other kept watch over the victims.

The man was then punched in the face by one of the robbers before a third occupant attended the house, causing the raiders to scarper through a downstairs living room window. 

Money, passports and a National Insurance card were stolen.

The first offender is approximately 5ft 11ins and aged 20 to 25 years of age. He was wearing a black hooded top, black jogging trousers, black trainers, and was wearing a mask with a skeleton pattern.

The second offender is approximately 5ft 9ins, of medium build, and 25 to 30 years old. He was wearing a grey hooded top and grey jogging bottoms, and a woolly bikers' mask covering his nose and mouth.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Christopher Andrews, said: "I would like to speak to anyone who has any information about the incident or who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the local area at around the time of the offence. If you have any details which could assist the investigation please come forward and speak to police."
