The white Seat Ibiza car was left parked in the Point car park, Bracknell, on Sunday February 4 when it was stolen.
The owner of the car had been parked in the point while they went to the Hollywood Bowl with their friends, however the keys were then stolen from the victim.
The car had been left locked and secure, but the offenders were able to access the car and drive it off once they'd stolen the keys.
The offenders proceeded to drive the car away from the shopping centre, driving the car out of the town and out towards Arborfield through Wokingham.
The car collided with a tree at roughly 6.20pm, and three or four people were seen fleeing the scene on Sindlesham Road.
Investigating officer constable 7295 Paul Bentley would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the theft or seen anything suspicious.
The car registration was OU12XWO, and had been parked facing The Point.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: "If you have any information relating to this case, please call our 24 hour call centre on 101 quoting reference 4318 0036804.
