THE TOWN centre’s shops are giving away hundreds of pounds worth of prizes in a new interactive competition.
The Lexicon will be setting up a game, titled ‘beat the clock’ in Princess Square on January 30.
More than 5,000 prizes and offers are there to be won, including a £250 Fenwick gift card, free parking in Princess Square, The Lexicon gift cards, and discounts for restaurants and shops in the town.
To win, players hold down a button and watch potential prizes appear one by one.
They have to hold the button down for as long as possible, with the longer the button is held increasing the quality of their prize.
If the button is held down for too long, the time will run out, and the prizes are gone, meaning players will have to hold their nerve for as long as possible.
Sue Boor, head of marketing at The Lexicon said: “We are extremely thrilled to have the opportunity to bring this interactive game to The Lexicon for all visitors to enjoy. Beat the Clock will allow shoppers to have some extra fun during their visit to The Lexicon as well as giving everyone the opportunity to win some excellent prizes.”
