FAHAD AHMED ALAWI, 31, of Nine Mile Ride, was proved in his absence of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £100 costs.

GLENYS MIDDLETON, 58, of Sewell Avenue, Wokigham, admitted being the owner of a German Shepherd dog which is dangerous and not kept under proper control and the complainant seeks an order that the dog be kept under proper control or destroyed. In accordance with section 2 of the Dogs Act 1871. She was ordered to pay £85 an £85 costs.

SERGHEI MIHALACHI, 26, of Linden Hill Road, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving a Mercedes A170 on Stoney Road, Bracknell, on November, 12, 2017. He was fined £346, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 22 months reduced by 22 weeks if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

JAMIE OSBORN, 27, of Rowley Close, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving a Ford Fiesta on Bagshot Road, Bracknell. He is disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

MATTHEW ROBERT CRAWFORD, 24, of Purbrook Court, Bracknell, admitted  assault by beating a woman on June 26, 2017 at Bracknell. A community order was made requiring him to attend  any activity required by a responsible officer. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of  £85 and £625 costs.

LENA ELFAKI, 20, of Patten Ash Drive, Wokingham, was proved in her absence of  travelling on Great Western Railway without paying the £5.80 fare at Reading on April 30, 2017. She was fined £440, ordered to pay £5.80 compensation, pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £160 costs.

DAVID MELDRUM, 34, of Ashville Way, Wokingham, admitted entering a train at Wokingham on May 3, 2017 without a valid ticket. He was fined £40, pay £3 compensation, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £40 costs.

CHARLIE GINGELL, 25, of Highclere, Sunninghill, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle at Reading on October 28, 2017. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

MARCUS RYAN WAINES, 21, of Frederick Place, Wokingham, admitted breaching an unpaid work order on October 30 and November 11, 2017. He was fined £150 and £60 costs.
