A school in Bracknell recently celebrated a HUGE milestone.
On June 15 The Pines School in Bracknell celebrated it's 50th Birthday.
The event combined a trip down memory lane with a modern summer fair feel.
Several previous staff and pupils attended the event and were treated to a country fair, a memory tree, photos and newspaper articles spanning the decades along with the current children singing songs from each decade.
The event was very well attended and parents and children alike enjoyed several stalls, a bouncy castle, a travelling farm, circus skills and were entertained by a fantastic band.
Mrs Davies, the current Head Teacher, thoroughly enjoyed the event. She was able to learn more about the history of the school from previous Head Teachers and staff as well as being proud to show off The Pines current successes.
It truly was a day to remember! Happy Birthday to The Pines School.
