A man who stole over £100 in pizza and food from a Marks & Spencer branch in Bracknell has been jailed.
James Hazard, 41, of Merryhill Road, Bracknell, appeared before Slough Magistrates' Court on April 10.
He pleaded guilty on two charges of theft from a shop, and two additional charges of breaching a criminal behaviour order.
These were all in connection with an incident on March 31, where Hazard entered M&S in Bracknell and stole £103 of pizza, food and alcohol.
He was already prohibited from entering the branch by a court order, which he breached when he went there.
For his persistent offending, magistrates jailed Hazard for 26 weeks.
