On Thursday May 2, residents will head to the polls to take part in the local elections, as well as the Police and Crime Commissioner election for the Thames Valley.
You can see a full list of all the candidates on their website, as well as important information about recent changes to voting.
To view the Statement of Persons Nominated, scroll to the bottom of the current elections webpage and click on the PDF link.
You can also find out who is standing in the PCC election on West Berkshire Council's website. You can read information on the candidates standing for election and read their manifestos online.
Voters are reminded to bring suitable photo ID in order to vote. Although voter ID was introduced last year, not all wards had elections in 2023 and for many people this will be the first time they have needed to bring it.
