Plans for food, drink and entertainment are on their way for an exciting new holiday village at the Legoland Windsor resort.

This Spring, Legoland will be opening a new woodland area as a place for guests to stay and explore.

The resort website states: “Discover a new way to stay at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort with the all-new Woodland Village, and venture to where nature, and imaginations, never sleep!

“Enjoy a tranquil family stay as you relax and unwind in your very own woodland retreat and make tree-mendous memories to last a lifetime!

“Reconnect with nature and rediscover your roots with a woodland escape, and enjoy delicious campfire inspired dining at The Clubhouse Restaurant and Bar.”

Children are invited to become Legoland rangers in the woodland area.

The new holiday village at the resort offers 130 lodges, 20 glamping style barrels, and a central clubhouse providing reception, dining, and entertainment facilities with indoor and outdoor seating areas.

The Woodland Village is set to open on Friday, May 24.

In order for the restaurant and bar to operate, Legoland Windsor requires licensing consent from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

In full, Legoland has applied to play recorded music, host live music and dance performances from 12pm to 10pm each day , and sell alcohol from 10am to 10pm each day.

You can view and comment on the application by typing reference  107234/LAPL01 into the Royal Borough’s licensing portal.

A statutory consultation into the application ends on Friday, May 12.

The opening of the Woodland Village follows the opening of the Minifigure Speedway duelling rollercoaster, which went live this month.
