Thames Valley Police are investigating a hit-and-run after a man suffered serious injuries in a crash in Bracknell.

The incident occurred at around 10:45 pm on Saturday, April 20 at the roundabout at Sainsbury’s Ringmead.

According to police, the motorcycle was hit by a small white car which failed to stop at the scene.

Investigating officer PC Greg Jones, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please come forward.

“The white hatchback vehicle did not stop at the scene and we are also appealing to anyone who may have information that may lead to the identity of the vehicle and its driver.

“If any motorists with dash-cams were in the area around the time of the collision on Saturday, please check any footage in case it may have captured something that could help the investigation.

The rider of the motorcycle, a man in his late teens, suffered serious injuries to his leg and required hospital treatment. They remain there at this time.
