On Tuesday thousands of children found out what primary school they would be attending in September.
A total of 1,360 children applied for a primary school place in Bracknell, with 91 per cent of them getting into their first choice school.
The successful 1,238 students will transition into their new school later this year.
A further 5.8 per cent of applicants (80) got into their second-choice school and 1.3 per cent (18) were accepted into their third-choice.
Meanwhile a Wokingham Borough Council spokesperson said: "In the borough, an incredible 99 per cent of children have been offered a place in one of their preferred primary schools, with over 90 per cent getting their top choice
"We are so excited for the near 2,000 children starting school for the first time as well as over 500 children who will be starting junior school with 99.5 per cent getting one of their preferred schools."
Parents now have until Friday, May 3 to accept or decline the school place.
