Emergency services rushed to Warfield after reports of an unexploded artillery shell from World War I.
Thames Valley Police supported the Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) in the Warfield area of Bracknell just before 9am this morning (March 24).
It came after the discovery of a World War I artillery shell.
Members of the public were warned that a controlled explosion would be necessary to dispose of it safely.
As of 9:39am, Thames Valley Police confirmed the controlled explosion was complete and thanked the army EOD.
