A Winnersh man has been disqualified from driving for 14 months after being caught drink-driving.
Ataullah Sapai, 40, of Welby Crescent, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and driving above the drink-driving limit.
Both charges stem from an incident on February 4 this year, when Sapai was stopped by police in Baslow Road.
He subsequently tested for 49 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - above the drink-driving limit of 35mcg.
On February 20, he appeared before Reading Magistrates' Court.
Sapai has been disqualified from driving for 14 months, and ordered to pay a £200 fine.
