A second man has appeared in court charged with murder over the death of a cyclist on Valentine's Day.
Mr Raman, a 36-year-old cyclist, was hit by a car in Addington Road, Reading, on February 14. He later died at Royal Berkshire Hospital.
Soiheem Hussain, 27, of Rossby, in Shinfield, appeared before Reading Magistrates' Court this morning (March 1) charged with murder.
He has been remanded in custody, ahead of an appearance at Reading Crown Court on March 4.
Mr Hussain is the second man charged as part of the investigation into the death of Vignesh Raman.
Shazeb Khalid, of no fixed abode, was the first to be charged with murder in connection with the incident. He went before magistrates on February 21, ahead of an appearance at Reading Crown Court on March 20.
